Warranty
At CrewBoss, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every garment we produce. For over 37 years, we have been committed to protecting and serving the professionals who rely on our gear in the toughest environments.
Warranty Coverage
CrewBoss warrants that its garments will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the end-user from an authorized dealer.
This warranty covers:
• Stitching and seam integrity
• Zippers, snaps, and hardware
• Fabric defects present at the time of manufacture
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper care, laundering, or storage
• Exposure to chemicals, UV light, or environmental conditions
• Cuts, abrasions, or damage from occupational hazards (including heat, flame, or insect activity)
• Modifications, alterations, or repairs not performed by CrewBoss
• Any garments that are custom or non-standard

Warranty Process
• Claims must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase (customer receipt or invoice).
• Claims must be submitted through the original dealer or place of purchase.
• CrewBoss will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or issue credit for garments determined to be defective under this warranty directly to the original purchaser.

CrewBoss values its long-standing partnerships with dealers and customers. Our warranty coverage is based on the customer’s purchase date, not the dealer’s stocking date, to ensure fair treatment across the supply chain.
