RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your CrewBoss purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you can return most items within 45 days of the invoice date.
How to Return:
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
- Call us at (541) 209-6800 or email sales@crewbossppe.com.
- Please include: Your name, order number (if available), and the specific item(s) you want to return, reason for the return.
- Or you can fill out an order return request here.
- Prepare Your Return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Worn Garments: We may offer repairs for worn garments, but they must be clean and laundered before sending them back.
- Ship Your Return:
- Include the RMA number with your return shipment.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
What We Refund:
- We will refund the full purchase price of your returned item(s), minus original shipping and handling charges.
- A UPS return label will be provided if there is a manufacturer’s defect or issue.
- CrewBoss will not accept any returns or exchanges on custom garments, or nonstandard sizes unless there is a manufacturing defect.
